Spirituality 101 - "Going Back to Basics"
Spirituality 101 is a 7 week class and is not related to any religion or spiritual belief.
This class is based on the idea that in order to help change the world to a more benevolent and peaceful world, we have to start with changing ourselves.
Like Gandhi beautifully stated, "Be the change that you want to see in the world." The world changes as a consequence of what we become.
What your will learn:
Time: Class starts March 1st at 6:00 PM and will meet the first and third Thursday of the month.
Location: Full Circle Health Center, 210 West Last Cruces Ave, Las Cruces, NM 88005

- How to create a solid spiritual foundation based on principles and core truths that have been proven to be life supporting, life preserving and life-promoting.
- How to live and practice the above core truths.
- How to release and clear the blockages that interfere with your ability to practice and live the core truths and keep you stuck in an unfulfilled life.
- How to ground with mother earth and connect with you Divine essence.
