My practice is currently remote-only. Sessions are conducted by phone and secure video platform.
I am dedicated to assist, coach and guide individuals in alleviating or eliminating mental, emotional or spiritual distress and to assist them in finding balance, inner peace and personal fulfillment in individual therapy, life or spiritual coaching.
I use a holistic trauma-informed approach to counseling and coaching. This approach is based on the belief that our mind, body, emotions, spirit and environment all interact to create our health and well-being. To heal one part we must acknowledge and address all the others.
I use traditional, energetic and spiritual treatment methods, tailored to suit your needs that have been proven to be effective. I work with a variety of tools and techniques from energy psychology, energy spirituality, energy medicine, and cognitive/behavioral therapy. In addition, I also use specific therapeutic modalities such as Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing (EMDR), Emotional Trigger Treatment (ETT), Coherence Therapy, Tapas Acupressure Technique (TAPAS), and Emotional Freedom Technique (EFT), which are fast and effective in processing and resolving traumas, alleviating or eliminating emotional/mental distress, and changing the negative thought patterns and limiting beliefs that keep us stuck in unwanted situations, behaviors, and distressing mental/emotional states.
